American researchers have found that fresh peppers prevent premature death.
According to Fox News, research by American scientists shows that the use of “fresh red peppers” prevents premature death and prolongs life.
Experts from the American Heart Association conducted the study, which analyzed eight people from five of the world’s leading centers in China, Italy, Iran and the United States.
Experts found that those who ate pepper regularly had a 5% reduction in deaths from coronary heart disease and a 5% reduction in cancer.
Red pepper has anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-oxidant properties as well as regulates blood glucose levels.
